For the 13th consecutive year, Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology (CIFST) will join hands with International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST) to hold the “2022 International Forum on Food Safety and Health” online on June 21-23, 2022.

As an authoritative and high-end international event in the field of global food safety and health, this year's Forum, themed with ”Seizing New Opportunities in Food Safety and Health with the ‘Greater Food’ Approach”, will provide international experience for the improvements of China's food safety system, and make positive contributions to a healthy China by serving government decision-making and responding to topical industry issues, leveraging scientific and technological innovation, bringing together global wisdom, identifying new opportunities and challenges in food safety and health development, and building a bridge for government-industry communication and cooperation.
